PULPO GALLERY is pleased to be part of the BERGSON pop-up in downtown Munich. Starting Monday, July 24, PULPO GALLERY will move into the first floor of the former sports store Münzinger directly at Marienplatz.
The credo of PULPO GALLERY is to make art accessible and to show the broadest possible spectrum of works by contemporary artists in changing exhibitions.
The artists Gabrielle Graessle, Gao Hang, Patrick Tresset, Taylor White and others will make the start.
The pop-up at Marienplatz will focus on participatory formats. For example, visitors can become part of the performative installation Human Study #1 by artist Patrick Tresset and have their portrait drawn live on site.
The second focus of the Pop-Up is the presentation of young artists. Various local and national artists, graduates of the academy and students will be given the opportunity to become part of the program and create works just for this place.
All this will be flanked by various mediation and exchange formats. Guided tours for children, workshops, artist talks, panels - in dialogue with the guests and as a place for a local art and culture network in the heart of the city.
Opening hours: Monday - Saturday 10 am - 7 pm
Closed on Sundays and holidays
